I wish we could have had a similar experience! Without a doubt, Giant Immigration is a legitimate company that is properly registered and has an excellent office location. Their services to us were going well until their employees, whom we knew, started leaving one by one, and things have altered since then. My wife and I had hired the firm to assist us with our immigration to Canada and had paid the entire consultation fee. They did nothing about our application for over a year, unfortunately. Why would a reputable immigration consulting firm urge my spouse, the primary applicant, to take a French language test even though she doesn't understand the language? She took the IELTS test twice and received one or a half fewer points each time. They were aware of CELPIP but refused to tell us about it because they profit from the registration of IELTS candidates. Other immigration programs into Canada that suited our profile, including IELTS scores, were advertised, but they refused to enroll her (asking for more money). Eventually, after heated arguments, they agreed to enroll her, but when we asked for evidence, they refused to provide any and started avoiding our calls and not replying to our emails. To summarize, this organization is not concerned with their client's success; instead, they are concerned with siphoning money from them and holding them in suspense. They are terrible at providing valuable information to their clients but good at sending irrelevant emails that are not helpful. When dealing with this company, be cautious. Don't sign the contract that says no refund if you cannot get the required IELTS scores. There are using this to scam people. Also, they will tell you that you opted for this and that program; therefore, any additional program needs another payment. Please don't fall for this scam. Be wise! I don't mind the AED 8,000 consultation fees I paid which they have refused to refund any amount, but you can avoid this.

It was basically a cold call, and they were very informative. I had previously scheduled appointments with a few other companies and due to my work nature i was forced to reschedule them almost every time. And for that, these agencies didn't even care to check on me.
